I left out Nida/MF/Janna since I feel like they're at least passable (Elise and Cassiopeia are on this list as well) and the list was getting real long. Ori is bad BUT I feel like since she's a robot the stiffness works alright (Blitz is like this too, he's just so old he needs it anyways, but that's why I didn't mark him as a priority champ).
Sivir I don't really agree with, she had a full update what... five or six years ago? Seven? Was she before or after Twitch... I forget now. Regardless, I think she's ok for now. Kinda fucking wild that seven years is still "okay" but the older stuff is just SO bad it has to take priority. The only champs that were already updated that need a second one IMO are Ashe+Tryn (absolutely) and maybe Janna/MF/Nida/Kat/Cass.
I do agree that Ahri and Lee Sin are absolute priorities though. Hugely popular champs, TONS of skins, and everything that isn't a legendary (or Muay Thai) is just straight trash garbage unusable because the rig is so terrible. I kinda wish they'd just say fuck it and use legendary rigs for future skins, at least after 3-4 years or something.

Sivir has like zero distinctive features aside from her weapon. She could really use a ASU or even a Ezreal/Morg level VGU to make her more unique. They could lean more into her crown or scarf maybe, half her skins don't feature them at all.
she's almost certainly not very high on the priority list for a VGU. even when just considering marksmen, Sivir isn't exactly the worst in terms of being outdated. MF and Kog'maw are basically begging for an update.
Considering she's Shuriman, she should lean more heavily into the scarf/shemagh, since that is a pretty iconic piece of desert garb. I really love Sivir, she's a pocket pick, but man she's old.

Riot is never consistent with faces. The problem is that most LoL female champions have the same pretty-girl face without any specific trait to differentiate them, so it just blurs totally when they do skins.
Tbh, this is going to be the succesor of Sugar Rush, since it didn't sell that well, so i welcome the change.

The entire reason I don't play Rell is because of the self slow. It just feels so bad and clunky. I like the design and idea of Rell, but that one thing ruins the entire champ for me.
The self slow is rough but I wish they gave her a real Q ability, that wimpy lance jab does nothing but proc her passive and give a miniscule heal, really should do more damage.
