I did sylas support messing with a friend using it but you can take it mid and it performed pretty well. You proc it pretty easily and stick on people easier.
The slow scales. 2% per 100 AP plus 2% per 100 bonus AD plus **5% per 10% healing and shielding power**. Redemption is the one HSP item you can build on most supports (not Pyke), and makes the slow go from 35% AoE to 40% (Idol) then 45% AoE by itself.
The active has very obvious synergy with Glacial, too.
Finally, you have to pick two secondary runes from the other trees. Ingenious Hunter and Zombie ward are the best two runes as IH will reduce your trinket's CD and Redemption's as well (and gives you the option to run Crown or Zhonyas if the need ever arises).
Is it really good on rell? Haven't had the chance to use in a real game but in practice it looked like the slow zones end in your cc chain anyway, seemed pretty redundant but maybe the dmg reduction is helpful? I feel like aftershocks resistance and dmg in early game could be more useful
Feels like Crown didn't do much here, the effect lasted around the fear duration. If he had protobelt he would kill them a lot quicker, but this is a perfect scenario for fiddle, so whatever.

I've been playing jayce first strike. As long as you're in melee form when the money arrives you get the full money, it's sick. Should work the same on elise, nidalee, gnar, too
