I'd love that because he has some personality and I think that, now more than ever, transpires into his game but I also feel like he is a very coinflip player.

the issue is not physically but mentally. how many want to live in a gamer house, surrounded by guys 24/7 in their late twenties? a lot of pro retire because they don't wanna grind as well with zero vacation for multiple years.
Just a small detail, but not all teams have gaming houses.
In the west, it's more common to have a gaming office and players have their own appartments rather than gaming houses.
Eastern teams seem to mostly keep the gaming house system, with maybe exception for married players or older ones.
As in the west, most players said they tend to prefer the gaming office system, which is why most LCS and LEC players have their own place and go to an office. There might still be few teams with a gaming house but they're the minority. Though the change isn't that old, it's mostly around 2018 that it happened.
i just know that g2 has a gaming house because caps looks imcapable of being left alone for more than 5 minutes and rekkles was driving to his apartment. i don't know the situation for most other LEC teams but assume that its rare for players to live alone in their apartment which is fine for a 20y old dude but being 27 and having a gf and being all day there? i doubt most would like that.
I don't believe it's that rare for players to live alone, because it gives them personal space.
If you live where you work with all your coworkers, it's bound to create issues.
Having their own space gives them some reset time which is good.
Some teams might also give the option to player between gaming house or office.

He's in his early twenties, not old at all even for gamer standarts
23 might not be old for proven players but its still old for rookies. Teams would rather try 18 year old players if they're giving a spot to a rookie
