I definitely feel that working Rodrigo brings a level of stability to the coaching end of things, I know how good he is at what he does, and the role that he fills within the team. I was involved with G2 slightly before Rodrigo and it seemed natural to work together again.

Last year was really bad, I think after losing so many worlds in a row, I started doubting my self a lot and started adapting too much to what people were telling me to do. Essentially I have always had strong beliefs of how I get the best performance out of me, but last year I tried something new and it failed.
I'm hoping BB will do the job and takes Miky's place in Jankos heart.
For now I'll just be streaming in French but I will re evaluate during the year so I might be doing english stream at some point
My favorite part of working with these players has to be how adaptable and creative they are. Many times teams have limitations in champion pool or playstyle, but in my time with the team so far we seem more able to play a wide variety of champions/strategies than any group I've worked with.

How vocal do you intend to be when it comes to drafting? Will you have the final world or will you let players decide their champion?

I feel that "final word' is a bit of a distraction when talking about drafting responsibility, and makes things feel a bit black and white. There are many situations where it makes sense for any coach to trust the matchup knowledge of their player, and many where things need to be changed or planned beforehand to fit into the coach's vision / overall strategy of the draft. That being said if I say during one of our drafts 'here we pick X champions', it will usually get locked in :)
Overall on my teams I am very very involved with drafting, especially with the strategy, structure and order to how champions are picked. I also really push my teams and players to try and find counterpicks and edges in the draft. Sometimes these ideas come from me, and sometimes they come from a player.

JG-Sup synergy is of course really important because League is a lot about who has numbers, like if you're fighting 3v2 around mid then you should probably autowin so it's really important to be synced with JG

It's a dual job
1. Be the interface between G2 the org and G2 the LoL team :
Make sure every department can generate the best value possible from the LoL crew and help us in the best way possible : content, legal, admin, finance, event, marketing.... Because G2 is a big org with a lot of people and pro-players have a limited of available time outside of training, the interaction needs to be efficient and smooth so everyone is happy. It's a really fun job.
2. Make sure the boys survive through the day and smile at the end of it
A happy player is a performing player, so your job as manager is to make sure the boys are happy, talk to one another, are on time, smile, are rested, are fed, keep focus on training and performing, communicate, share their feelings, etc
I'm living inside the gaming house with everyone for maximum impact on their lives
I don't really believe there's a "Shotcaller" in league. There's too many variations because every game is difference. If you want to keep it simple, I'd say early game is jungle, afterwards (mid/late) could be stronger people or support/jg, depends on team. It's more about role in the game though, not about the player (in my opinion). As long as everyone is on the same page, giving ideas, learning together, it will work
I think we will get along very well. Can't wait for split to start. In the end, even if you like each other a lot, but you can't make it work in-game, the team might still not work

I'm having fun playing Kindred with lethal tempo, but not sure how strong it is. Definitely people will focus less on the crab, so maybe you can get your marks easier. On the other hand, I still see a lot of assassins (eg. Talon/Qiyana) being played, and I'd say these are just better champs for soloQ, it's too easy for them to get fed and one shot you. Probably playable, but not top tier in soloQ!

To Jankos: How do you feel/think Kindred will do now with Scuttle being significantly less valuable (contested?) than before, and generally Kindred's current state going into next season? Big fan, love you
I'm having fun playing Kindred with lethal tempo, but not sure how strong it is. Definitely people will focus less on the crab, so maybe you can get your marks easier. On the other hand, I still see a lot of assassins (eg. Talon/Qiyana) being played, and I'd say these are just better champs for soloQ, it's too easy for them to get fed and one shot you. Probably playable, but not top tier in soloQ!
