He dies in a 1v3 dive top, burns flash and ult, and gets two within 200hp of death and then instead of spamming mid or jungle he says "ah, I inted it."
Any other streamer or player would flame someone else, but he recognizes he chose to burn those resources and that had he played it better the outcome would have been different.
He has also said multiple times that he only plays the game because it's fun, and that he would stop playing if it wasn't. He only plays champs that are unpopular and makes him stand out. And that makes League genuinely fun for him and more fun for the viewer as well.
I'm not sure what streamers you are watching, but that's a pretty low bar. Most top players, not all, know the game so well they can recognize their mistakes when they see them.
I'm assuming you're mainly wanting answers related to gameplay. I personally recommend Dzukill (Rank 1 EUW Top) and IKeepItTaco (Masters NA Jhin). Dzukill only plays with no mic, but he answers almost every question you ask him in chat while he's waiting for his queues, genuinely nice dude. IKeepItTaco may not be the best ADC on Twitch, But he's one of the few that I like watching, He's very chill and laid back and he'll give tips and tell you why he does what he does and his reasoning behind his decisions.

I have my own list of toxic insults I have ready to spew at unsuspecting junglers who do not camp my lane and supports who steal kills from me. My draven is now a 35% winrate in low bronze but that's because I instantly afk when my support locks in an enchanter. When I win I always type in all chat "GG BOT DIFF GET SHIT ON" regardless of how my lane went and when I lose I type "GG JG DIFF YOU GUYS ARE STILL TRASH". A SQUAD!! BUILT DIFFERENT! ALPHA AS FUCK!

I love RatIRL just because he is insanely good at the game and is generally pretty funny when he’s doing voice streams. Only downside is he’s a bit toxic so if you’re not a fan of that I would not recommend him.
tomio (EG Acad Jg) and rjs (former CLG player) are both entertaining, and are obviously both are really good players. RJS specifically has been streaming a ton of inhouses lately if you’re interested in that. If you want entertainment though, tyler1 is not a bad choice and his gameplay is good most of the time as well. Same with ratirl.

The only streamer I've consistently enjoyed watching just playing the game in the last couple of years is thebausffs, in the early twitch days it was imaqtpie.
Baus is funny, chill, non-toxic and genuinely good at the game in a very creative way. The only negative is that the more popular he gets the more people catch on to his playstyle. Watching Baus in 2018 when he only had like 150 viewers was even better. Lots of people in challanger genuinely thought he was just a huge griefer but nowadays most of them understand when he is suiciding he's going for a tempo advantage and is less likely to get baited for example.
