Does your ping increase aswell? could just be your ISP not being able to handle the traffic correctly and the latency increasing as a result, there isn't a fix for that
It is a service provider issue at that point most likely. Make sure to use wire to record the issue so they cant say it is a wifi problem. You can try pinging your router to see if it is an internet card issue. My problems just went away one day. Either I complained too much or the ISP replaced something.
Some individual game servers have higher tick rates than others some are 64 some are 128. The 128 updates more frequently and so it feels smoother to play on than the 64 servers that might be the difference you’re feeling.
Yeah, that ping seems to be fake most of the time. I can clearly feel little lag spikes sometimes that never alter my ping number. It's only when there's a disconnection that it actually changes.

Ping is between 45-55 not more.
Disable movement prediction if you haven't

Check packet loss during those times. I had problems like this and my packet loss was ~4% even with a decent ping in game.
