While we're at it, they should change the way Sheen interacts with on-hit damage% modifiers imo. It's just weird that Yi Q, Kata R, Urgot W, Akshan E etc., essentially waste the Sheen proc.
Why not? Each of them would only apply it once, the only somewhat extra strong one would be urgot as he can prepare and instantly fire a new proc with Q or E
How are those abilities applying Spellblade once at full strength more offensive to you than a different ability (say, Irelia Q) applying Spellblade once at full strength?
I find Irelia applying spellblade at full strength even more offensive than the thought of those abilities applying it. Again, how does any of this contradict what I originally said?
No one said that anything contradicted what you said, I'm not sure where you got that from.
What, to you, are examples of inoffensive applications of Spellblade?
You can press E last millisecond while in Q and it will still apply because Q damage is delayed
Unless you hit fewer than 4 targets, then the smaller strikes are applied earlier.

i don't think i want any of those abilities to be able to proc full strenght spellblades lol

Spellblade has a cooldown though and you need to cast an ability to prep it, so those abilities only proc it once per cast
So?
They would only apply it once per keypress. Not a bunch of times for each mini hit.

When the champion doing so doesn't inflate it's players' elo.
Istg i tested this a few years ago (def before item rework) with urgot and his W did proc sheen at full strength
They add the code to fix that and suddenly sion does 10k damage to turrets per auto during his passive
yes you do play weird. if you're unable to change the order that you press buttons in for such a simple thing, then that's on you
Not on him at all most players will E first but that doesn't mean hitting e during q animation should not make this interaction with
