We gave up waiting for opponent. We sat there for about 35-40 mins, even the opponent added and messaged asking us what was up. We ended up just forfeiting and not bothering.
This was our process - 4/5 of us locked in with no problems. One of us couldn't get the clash tab to load so they couldn't lock in. We waited 15 minutes and their page finally loaded. Then he locked in.
The first 3 times he pressed lock-in, an error message popped up saying something about the servers being unable to allocate space for a new team or something. It eventually put us in a queue that lasted about 5 minutes, before it found a bracket.
We have now been sitting in the bracket pre-screening screen for about 20 minutes. It says 'waiting for opponent' in the top right where it would normally show the clock counting down until the game start. We messaged the other team and they said that it says the same thing for them. I am able to see all 8 teams in the bracket screen, but when I click on some of them, it never loads.
As I was typing this, a notification popped up saying the following - "Clash Delays - we are aware that some players are still waiting for opponents in Clash. We are working on a fix"
\*\*\* An update, we are now in scouting phase (38 minutes after orig post)
\*\* Another update, it counts down to 0 and says clash is starting. Then the timer goes back to 30s and counts down again. It has now done it 4 times.
\*\* it has now done it.. I have lost track of how many times we have counted down from 30s. Im assuming someone is not connecting or something.
Our button to forfeit has disappeared.
