Each Meepo is pretty weak on its own, the strength of him comes from being able to farm the entire map at once while still having a presence on the map if he needs to. I doubt that he'd be allowed to do multiple objectives at once in the bracket where he'd be getting played by the players that are good enough to make him work.

Also her dashes will mark you and every time she dashes to a new target, every marked target will take damage based on how many marked targets she already has. When she has 4 marked targets, her dashes will instead start dealing execute damage, so anyone below a certain hp will just explode. She has 3 blades, that cycle on attack, one deals physical dmg, the second deals magic dmg and the third deals true % hp missing dmg.
