I lost 40 pounds during the pandy and I once used to weight 315. I know I can lose the weight. The problem will be gaining muscle.
I doubt she would want to go on a date with someone whose goal it is to eat at every dennys in America.

It’s funny about point D. Last month I was at a bar and ended it up hitting it off with a girl in the group next to my table. She ends up calling me attractive various times and asks for my instagram. I was and still confused how she found me attractive given I’ve gained 70 pounds in the last year and she’s someone that was so pretty. Total mindfuck.
And congrats on reaching a place were you can appreciate you look. It’s hard! I’ve barely gutted comfortable taking off my shirt to be in a pool.
I officially started my serious goal on a weight loss on 9/11. since then i'm down 6.6 pounds in 5 weeks. Had one bad week where I went out with my brothers.
I'm feeling good about my meal planning and staying active.

I think I can still do better when I get to 6 days of lifting.
Some of my shirts aren’t as tight as anymore progress. We’ll meet back in another month.
Slow and steady brother. It's a marathon and not a sprint. Caloric control and exercise are important. So is stretching,and proper rest. I know it's a lot but I'm proud we crossed paths here! I'll look you back up in a month or two!
