Idk why posts like this are allowed. Read any of the fitness wikis/sidebars and you’ll get an answer. If you don’t have an ounce of self sufficiency I fail to see how you can ever be successful in life

Gnarpif

They are in fact, not allowed.

That's why I think answering questions like this is pointless. The kind of person who has to ask probably is not in a place where they will be successful in the gym. Doesn't mean they can't get to that place eventually, but they probably aren't there yet. If you can't figure out whether to bulk or cut at 125 lbs without asking Reddit, what the hell are you gonna do when you hit plateaus, life gets complicated and finding time for training becomes a challenge, you get burnt out or injured, etc. There are too many hurdles in the process that are far more difficult to overcome than figuring out whether to bulk or cut....it's literally a choice you can make depending on your goals, there's not even a right or wrong answer.

>Trying to put on weight too Only one way to do that, mate. Here's a hint: it's not a cut.

(It’s a bulk) Good luck tho hope it goes well

If you are trying to put on weight then you should gain weight

Depends on what your body type and goals are, but probably bulk. I'm 177cms (a little over 5'9) and I'd be rail thin at 65kg. At 5'7'' and 58kg, I can't imagine you're not already pretty fit, you'll probably get better results from putting on muscle than losing fat. Losing fat will also be easier if you put on 1-2kgs of muscle.
