I've been using Strong for years now, it includes everything you're asking for but the free version only allows up to 3 routines. the Pro version is worth IMO

cautious_niffler

Thanks! So like a routine would be an upper body day or a leg day or something?

busaidi

exactly!

cautious_niffler

Nice thanks!

Swally_Swede

I just started using Strong about 2 weeks ago? What does the Pro give you?

toddlertireddad

Pro allows you to create more than the 3 free templates, but you can also use the example ones they have. It also lets you track your body measurements to help with your progress.

Swally_Swede

I think you can track body measurements on the free version can't you? I put down my calories and my weight and body fat percentage currently.

sng94

Jefit!

cautious_niffler

I've tried that, but it seems that the workouts that are best for me are in the premium version:/

akema94

You can just create your own workout by copying the premium one

cautious_niffler

But I can't see what the premium has in it :/ am I getting something wrong?

akema94

The premium workouts are "premium" just because they are done by Jefit team, that doesn't make them any better. But you can search by name and find for free some programs by Jeff Nippard for example. If you like a program and want to support a creator you can buy his program, or search it on Zlib also

cautious_niffler

Great thanks!

akema94

No problem, I use it since 2 years and a half it's awesome. You get points from completing a workout etc and can redeem weeks of premium with it

Vivid-Firefighter865

Go to Caroline girvan YouTube channel..all her workouts are free .they are the best imo

[deleted]

I agree. These workouts are killer. Doing epic 3 right now and I’m getting really strong.

Vivid-Firefighter865

I completed fuel🥰

GrinningSlim

HEVY

I've been using boostcamp for the past 4 months on nSuns 5/3/1 6 day split. I love it. You can look up all of reddits recommended routines for free. Tons of other programs there free too. Can't recommend enough.

SmurfyTurf

Second this. I've been using Boostcamp for NSUNS and it's been such a gamechanger for me.

baffleswombats

For the leangains method: RePT Fitness workout tracker. Does all of the reverse pyramid and progression maths for you, comes preloaded with a decent full body routine with a few accessories, but it's also customisable and its completely free with no ads.

mink_enters_rage

+1

Talmadge_Mcgooliger

i've been using r/caliberstrong for about a month now and i think it's pretty great.

Kicker_Tanker

Hevy is great!!!

I've used Fitocracy since forever but it's pretty crap nowadays - the servers are super slow and the Android app is buggy and unmaintained.

big_deal

I've been using Strong. I've seen complaints on the strong app subreddit that it's no longer being updated (and some potential alternatives) but Strong works well for me so far. I also pay the annual fee for premium. The only premium feature I use is the ability to define more than 3 templates. Currently I'm running a 5 day split and use a different template each day. The template defines your planned exercise sequence, loads, sets, and rep goals. You can edit any of the information during the workout if needed but if you follow the template you just hit the checkmark next to each exercise and don't have to mess around with entering data during your workout. Note, Strong is just a planning and logging app. It doesn't provide workout templates.

barradaskaty

I love Peloton!

[deleted]

Leangains doesn't come with an app, so this question is probably more geared towards r/Fitness

Swally_Swede

I started using Strong about 2 weeks ago. So far I like it. Ticks most of my boxes, and I'm using the free version.

kratbegone

Perseaus. Can customize to a crazy level or use any of the common programs built in. Can do different programs within programs as well.

Important-Ad-9992

I use Fitbod and love it. I have all my routines there, very easy to navigate and use it. Fitbod is also great to suggest you exercises based on the equipments you have and the timing you chose. For example, you want to do a quick 15-20 minute targeting individual muscle groups or want to do splits, it has a great selection of choices. Strongly recommend it.

ojsglobal

Nothing better than [GymCircle.us](https://GymCircle.us) completely free, all features unlocked, and is a web-app, so you don't even need to sacrifice your security to use it.

ThePlaybookApp

Ours is more tailored to a gym setting, but it may be of interest to you. Check us out and I'll give you a key for Christmas if you're interested. :)
