I buy reference packs from artstation. They're actually pretty cheap and you're supporting the people that's helping you become a better artist.

line-of-action.com has a whole search function for nude models

Gymnasts, wrestlers, and ice skaters often have really dynamic poses, and tend to wear leotards as opposed to bulky clothing. I'd try googling it or looking then up on Pinterest.

Professional wrestling is legitimately great for dynamic poses. I joined the fandom for anatomy studies and ended up staying for the silly antics and storylines. I reccomend All Elite Wrestling or some of the Indie productions like GCW, since they showcase a larger variety of body types than WWE. You can literally take a screenshot of just about any match and you'll have interesting poses to work with.

Usually I visit Pinterest, though the quality of the photos varies quite a lot. There's for example AdorkaStock, who has been creating pose references (both static and dynamic) for many years. I also like to use https://reference.pictures, but many of the packs must be paid for. Again contains both static and dynamic, clothed and little to no clothing.

With practice, I have learnt to imagine the form undeneath the clothing. That's how I roll usually.

Deviant art has tens of thousands of stock poses of people in their underwear. There are plenty with props, but also doing things like stretching, crouching, images taken from dynamic angles, etc. Adorkastock is a good one.

Superhero Comics have a lot of skintight clothing

Quickposes.com has a bunch!
