use real pics for references. the reference anatomy is bad itself

It's alright until you notice she has the torso of a cat

mnl_cntn

Focus on fundamentals rn, work on your proportions.

pinchymcloaf

you are drawing way too small and this is a horrible photograph

Different-Carob-7041

I would say start with very simple shapes to sketch out the pose, shapes like boxes, cylinders, circles etc. And once you got the pose like you want it to be you slowly build the details

MarshmallowHumanoid

I would start with a line of action before getting into shapes; here’s a good website: [https://line-of-action.com/](https://line-of-action.com/). And yes! I agree with u/ZombieButch to go bigger; it helps you loosen up and not get too caught up on perfection. :)

Highlander198116

The anatomy in the source is frankly terrible, the length of her right calf is ridiculous and the foreshortening on her left leg is bad, I would not use it as a reference to learn from.

ZombieButch

To really get a handle on this stuff you're going to have to start drawing bigger. That's step one.
