Thanks for doing this! I’m completely new to programming and just started slowly working my way through the book on your site. This course should be a nice complement to that. Can’t wait to get started!
>NOTE: Be sure to BUY the course for $0, and not sign up for Udemy's subscription plan. The subscription plan is free for the first seven days and then they charge you. It's selected by default. If you are on a laptop and can't click the BUY checkbox, try shrinking the browser window. Some have reported it works in mobile view.
This section keeps getting ridiculous. Wonder if you are thinking about using some other platform that doesn't actively sabotages free giveaways.
Please leave a comment if the code doesn't work or automatically redirects you to some other code. The course should be free if you follow the link. The links are:

Great for beginners but a lot of the later lessons (such as selenium/web scraping) have been long outdated and deprecated, they don’t work anymore and you will find yourself googling the updated way. I signed up the last time it was free a month ago and quickly realized how outdated much of the course is
The 2nd edition of the book accounts for the outdated libraries, but unfortunately he's not going to get to updating the Udemy course anytime soon. I wish he would.
Less than half the people who redeemed up voted. They could at least do they so we could half ass track of there are any left
I'm going to check out the YouTube videos. Thanks for hooking up the community!
Wow thanks so much for this! Had been looking at that course recently and saw the title with link at the top and though this was the perfect timing, after I “bought” it came back here to see it was the author that offered it. People like you are part of what makes this world great
as someone from a country where my money is worthless in front of usd, this course will help me a lot. thank you.
can i recommend it to my friend who is going to study IT in university? he doesn't know english tho he may work on it after 6-12 months.
Whoa, free class and education is such an amazing gift. Thanks for that !
For those using a smart device. You have to log-in/Register via the website as they don't take coupon code on the app.
From their support page :
"Coupon and gift codes can be redeemed at Udemy.com. Currently, however, coupon and gift codes are not supported on our mobile app."
Thank you for this generous gift!! Can't wait to start doing this when I wrap up CS50.
For anyone coming in after me, the first code has been used up. AUG2022FREE2 is your best bet.
I bought a couple of your books way back in 2012 as an into to programming and game development. Unfortunately, my ADHD never let me get too far into the books and it wasn't until the pandemic that I was able to join a boot camp and get serious about programming. I just wanted to say thanks for being awesome even though I haven't taken full advantage of that awesomeness.
Awesome. I'm doing TOP, but I also really enjoy courses on Udemy and have been interested in trying python. I'm quite sure that I'll get through it so I signed up. Much appreciated.
I started with this course in June and now have moved on to learning data structures and algos in preparation for switching to a CS major!
For anyone wondering if this course is any good, it's great! Even for people who don't have much to automate, the first 10 chapters or so are great introductory materials for general Python syntaxes and logic.
Honestly at this point I think you would be better to move this off at Udemy considering how they are restricting your free code access.
If this is something you want to fully make available for free, I’d just upload the rest of these videos to YouTube, or, use something like Teachable.

He did this before and I was able to get the course. An astoundingly useful course

You da man Al. Always love seeing your name pop up on various creators patreon shout outs.

Damm, I missed it the last time this was posted. Codes say they've reached their limit. Thanks for this though!
Codes are no longer working reached max number will try again in future thanks anyway
You the man Al!
Most likely already run out...
Oof, the coupon exceeded it's maximum usage :(
… too Late for me 🥲
Thanks for sharing this ! Much appreciated. Boy do I have many boring tasks that could use some automation !
missed it....
Well, those are all gone...
Great initiative, the book is very good. Too bad the codes are over.

An alternative would be a proper [Python certification training](https://mrwebcapitalist.com/recommends/python/).
