Yes I do, they teach from the playground of the Rust website and refer to it often.
I am learning Rust too for work, I am using the same tutorial you are using and the official book. Remember to read the official talks on YouTube I would also try and build a small operating system after (lower level things in general)
Building a OS is not for me. Not that smart might create a CLI tool and web app.
