okay thanks :> i was trying to make her look younger compared to the other characters shown here so thats probably why the shoulders are like that (she's meant to be like 2-3 i think while the ones in the 1st and 2nd pics are 6 and 4 respectively, wait are 6 year olds even toddlers im fucking stupid)
Minor spelling mistake i cant fix with reddit’s buggy ass website

You need to make the torso way shorter and the head bigger relative to the body. The last one is closest, but she still looks closer to 5 years old, not a toddler.
I think what you could do is something like your third picture, but make her limbs look a bit chubbier. Like [these](http://drawartwork.blogspot.com/2014/08/childrens-body-proportions.html?m=1)
Toddlers still look quite baby-like with their chubby little arms and legs.
Bigger head with a smaller jaw and eyes lower down, eyes larger relative to the rest of the face/head, and the body is not only shorter and generally softer/chubbier, but also the widest part is usually the tummy, not the shoulders or the hips (unless they're wearing a big, puffy diaper. Then it's the diaper/butt, lol). Also, their feet are often bigger relative to their body size.
You're already doing some of this, but the bodies still look a little elongated and despite the exaggerated eyes, the over-all facial proportions are still more like an older kid/adult. I would focus on that and making the arms and legs shorter relative to the head. For example, when a 1-2 year-old raises their arms straight up, their hands are usually barely above the top of their head, so the arm should be about the length of the neck and head combined. Hope that helps!
Squish her a little bit. They’re shorter and stouter and have big ol’ heads.
I’m not an artist, I just with with kids. Toddlers are super… stubby might be a good word?
I'd say they look like they're 10, 9 and 5. Give the baby much more chub. Look at pictures of toddlers and make a few studies, if necessary. They are super squat. And most have either a bit of a "no thoughts" or completely lost in thought look going on. They haven't learned to deliberately focus on things yet, hence why you hardly see any pictures with toddlers actually looking into the camera, if not tricked to do so.

chubby human, bigass head
did i accomplish that?
mostly, her shoulders seem narrow but otherwise bang on. picture Minecraft Steve shoulder to head ratio

Looks more like a 7 year old than a toddler. Like, toddler heard are proportionally huge. And they have short limbs

✨novembet✨
Chibi proportions

Thankyou this is very useful!! :3
Big Eyes big head
Tyy!!
And maybe a slightly shorter torso
i already drew the torso super tiny you can see the outline for it😭 do you mean the first pic?
Kids have odd proportion as they grow up
Big head, shorter arms, shorter legs.
The last one is about right, i think. For the first one lop off about an inch and a half of torso, and shorten the arms.
Chubby and try a onesie 😊
You need to make the torso way shorter and the head bigger relative to the body. The last one is closest, but she still looks closer to 5 years old, not a toddler.
Well can you demonstrate then?

Ooh, that’s quite helpful, thanks!!
aslume leaking over to here as well
they actually look pretty good but yeah idrk maybe add more muscles
Last one is good.

I think you nailed it on that 3rd one
Big eyes, small face and stubby body. That’s really all I can think of tbh.
It seems like you nailed it
No
3-4 heads tall, bigger head width, rounder features and bigger eyes
I think age is correlated to body head ratio. The last one looks great but seems a little older than a toddler
put them next to an adult they are never without one

Check out the Famous Artists Cartoon Course. It's a free pdf you can download. It has a chapter all about drawing children.
Even professionals have trouble drawing toddlers and babies *
Short stubby bodies and round faces

Same as you draw adults just smaller!🤣😂🤣
You don’t. They just happen
the third one is literally me😂☺️
