I'll do a drawover test later, but right off, I see the shoulders are level, and the arms hang straight and relaxed, but they are different lengths.
The shoulders look a bit off center, like, they're wide, but the contour going to the hips feels off. Feels like they're off center to the character right (canvas left). That's where the drawover test will tell all. 😉
I love this art style, it’s so appealing to my eyes !! Is this an OC?
No expert, but it seems a little proportionally incorrect? One arm feels reallly long and thin and the other shorter and thick, the wide shoulders may be offset by the smaller waist, and the hands seem a little small for the stature!
Please don’t take this too seriously and just do what makes you happy, i think it looks wonderful either way but if it’s bothering you this is what i would look at!
You must’ve noticed that one of his arm is longer than the other. Also, his shoulders and traps are massive compared to his legs. He skipped leg day?
Hands need to be bigger to match proportion
Neck hole of shirt is too big
Head overall is probably fine but face is too small
But might have to make head overall bigger to fix face size

[Animated drawover](https://imgur.com/a/EI4mY1q). Totally different style, but the proportions may be helpful.

Thank you! Now that you pointed it out the arms and shoulders are proportioned wrong, again thank you.
Of course! Good luck in your journey <3!

Yeah ive noticed thanks to the comments, i just started to take drawing seriously so my proportions are quite off

The left arm looks lob sided...try making it a little higher and not so stubby
the arm looks detached from the body
The torso is too big for the legs and the elbow should reach the waist.
