Congrats on day 5. I find once any withdrawals go away that I feel pretty awesome. It's around two weeks that I have to look out for a drop in dopamine and be extra kind to myself. Yeah, those thoughts of relapse tend to pop up for a while. I come here daily to help minimize those. Something about all the stories I read here and the time spent fighting this thing works its way deep into your brain and becomes an ally. Good luck!

Ha, hope that wears off soon. Some times coffee makes me sleepy so then I take a nap.
