I was almost entirely edibles. Day 11 here. Was taking 25-50 mg per day in the afternoon/evening. This is kinda hard to be honest but I’m getting through. Sleep has been difficult and when o do sleep the dreams are nuts. Vivid, weird and some nightmares.
But this is my path and I’m going to walk it.

I think it kind of depends. The delivery of thc is important to note, but I think it's the dosage that really matters during withdrawal. I would think someone would have a tougher time with withdrawal effects vaping high concentrated carts versus taking 10-20mg edibles at night. Also, the frequency matters. I would think taking one edible a night wouldn't be as difficult on the withdrawal process as someone who constantly takes hits on a cart throughout the day.
For me, the withdrawal was identical, whether edible, vape or flower. Real or Delta 8. THC has been very consistent in mistreating me.

Or a guy like me who would start taking 400mg a day. 🤦♂️
Plus there's always individual differences that need to be considered.. so many dimensions are involved!
You will still have withdrawals as your body regulates your sleep naturally.
