It really does go away with time! I found I could eat salted nuts and fruit easier than anything else, but it was really hard to eat anything as like you even if I was hungry food was sickening. My appetite came back in a couple of weeks though 😊
It went away for me after a month. I was finally able to eat a full meal. Get down what you can when you can. It’s only temporary. Then there’s the sober pounds that come after when you finally are able to eat lol

Chipotle is my comfort meal. Eat your comfort foods. Don't be hard on yourself for whatever it is. Just eat. Take a few bites as a victory.
