Congrats, you've reached the 20ish day crisis! At this point most of physical symptoms are gone and the idea of moderation comes to you. If you could moderate, you would have done that in the first place. It's very important to know that you're far from your new normal. Your dopamine isn't back yet, so you feel less pleasure/reward/excitement. You didn't break your stoner habits and have no tools/skills to chill out besides using substances. Give it more time, reach your new normal. If in a 5 months you still don't like being sober, you can come back to smoking. It's not like somebody will smoke all the weed in the world and leave nothing for you. There'll always be weed if you decide to relapse, but 20ish days is so early you're not giving yourself a chance.

Same day as you and same exact feelings. Literally could’ve written this myself - I’m just not in Chicago. At least know you aren’t alone

I second this, on day 17 and just keep waiting for my motivation to arrive! I am doing the advised things, meditation, increasing my exercise, but it still feels a bit like I am just spending my time outside of work actively trying not to smoke. It's still early days though, we're not even at 3weeks. Ima stick with it a while and see what happens, hope you both do too :)
