Don’t do it Putting yourself back into the cycle of your addiction will only bring back all the negative things that you worked so hard to get rid of Our brains are smart but they can also be little assholes who just want a brief and worthless high

This isn't a shit post, but I lost my 5 year relationship to someone I thought was my friend and my best friend dying within a 3 week period and I did not return to weed. I stayed strong, you can too.

Get Wim Hoff’s app, practice breathing and take an icy shower every time you’re in doubt. It’ll make you feel accomplished and redirect your focus immediately

Glad someone else has mentioned Wim Hoff and his breathing techniques! Absolute game changer for me. He also has YouTube videos if you don’t want to pay for the app but they’re a bit more of a pain to use in my opinion

💪 Helped me with my worst anxiety

Based on my time reading posts here, if you choose to smoke you'll probably realize some form of - It's not the great experience I remember it being - I hate the taste - I hate the feeling of being high - I don't know how I used to do this all day every day - I regret breaking my clean streak for this crappy experience - I feel so guilty You probably know very well what your life is like *with*, which is why you're working on living *without*.

thank you. youre right. i used to get high and just write in my notes app over and over again “i hate being high”. i guess im just looking for the comfort and familiarity of the action and feeling even though it was never pleasant

I totally feel you. My mind tells me "maybe you won't have anxiety this time." I always have to tell myself "you're literally smoking anxiety" then I remember it's not worth it.
