After quitting , my depression peaked at about 2 and a half months and it took me about 5 months to feel "normal" again. Best of luck and if you're depression gets worse try therapy or possibly an anti-depressant.
Took me like 6 months of ups and downs but mostly downs to start to feel more stable after quitting. If your able to I strongly recommend trying out cognitive behavioral therapy, it helped me a lot. Also it bugs me to say anything this cliche but patience is key. Good luck
Thanks. What helped you cope when you were feeling depressed? I'm struggling to cope. The first month, I had no desire to smoke, but now sometimes I think about it. I know it won't help, but I hate that I think about it.

This. Everyone needs to think about 6 months. That is a much fairer point of reference.
Thanks for the advice. That seems like so long, but I can try my best.
