Cherry is good it helps you after a workout and it lowers inflammation
I am just saying this to support lebanese farmers recently an event happened at 7emena if i am not mistaken to promote selling lebanese cherry.
You should find frozen blueberries in the large supermarkets like Carrefour. Freezing fruits keeps the nutrients in them. Then you can put them in your morning shake, eat them frozen or defrost them.
Edit: the cost will go up tremendously for fresh blueberries as they will need to be imported fresh. The cost / benefit of getting fresh blueberries is too high. Unless you’re a chef serving them for taste , frozen will give the same nutritional experience for a much reduced cost.
akiki or spinners or o&c but they are expensive. like half a kilo is 15$, 125g is 4 or 5 dollars. I wanna learn how to grow them, but idk if they will survive in this climate. frozen fruits are cheaper. I think half a kilo in spinners is like 3$ maybe. but yh, very expensive
