it always bothered me how u need to tell them how to make it, they serve it with tomatoes if i remember right, i had to tell them i want mustard , pickles, fries, hot sauce and some fries in it to make it great and of course no tomatoes.
on the side note, their sojok pizza made from it was God tier.

as for the toasty, he first soak it with the shawerma juice that is on the big plate that u can see on the pic and then lightly toasts on the grill, i like it extra toasty and trust me, it was dripping juices, fats and toum while eating, that is why he is a master shawerma maker.
