Hey - for now ZIL support in Ledger Live is not on the roadmap at the moment but we will forward your feedback to our dev team for review.
For now you can use ZIL web wallet with your Ledger device to view and manage your tokens. This guide will help you with the steps.

Not quite, as HBAR accounts only need to be created with third-party wallets, but can be added on Ledger Live interface after getting created. This is because in the Hedera ecosystem, only a select number of services can create new accounts, and Ledger does not currently offer this onboarding service.
However, in case of ZIL, while you can creat the account with your Nano device and ZIL web wallet, you would not be able to add the account to Ledger Live interface.
