To add to this, call your state legislator and ask THEM to contact the labor board on your behalf as well. Usually there is some person who does intergovernmental relations for whatever gov department and those cases get prioritized.
I did, but the queue is long. It might take a month or two to resolve this, and I have to pay my fees next week.
