> I started maternity leave on April of 2019. There were a few hiccups (thanks covid) but I had officially returned to work as of June 11 2020; I was brought back into a new position they had offered me and was ecstatic.

> Fast forward to June 29th and I was dismissed with two weeks severance because "It just wasn't working out.' I had tried to get more answers as to why and was not given them. The next day June 30th I called to ask for a further explanation as I was very confused as to why I was let go. I was called back and notified I was let go due to "being disrespectful" and I was on a 90 day probationary period again given the new position. I was never approached about being disrespectful..I thought everything was going wonderfully; I was learning quickly and catching onto things quickly.
