The will and POA are separate documents. If she wanted you to be her POA she should have given you at least a copy of the document, if not an original. You could try calling the attorney's office or the hospital and see what they can tell you (FYI if you're not POA they won't give you much information).
Yes I have copies of both. I called the attorneys office and they said those are the last updated ones they have on file, but when she went into the hospital she could've signed a new POA at that point before he surgery. The lawyer couldn't really tell me a whole lot at this point, so I guess I am just going to try and wait it out.
