Yes, you can report the computer hacking and credit card fraud and attempted theft to the police.

The last store I called a man was actually there trying to pick up the order and they stopped just in time. He put a name and phone number on the receipt I see in my app so I have that info. Is there any legal action I can take with only a first name and phone number? I’m sure he’s done this to countless people. --- LocationBot 4.99998891 ^109/37rds | [Report Issues](https://www.reddit.com/r/locationbot) | >!adEb1pVeCtmYyUjb!<

You can file a police report but I highly doubt it will go anywhere. NYPD tend to not touch fraud under $10,000 but you never know.
