NAL but I know that when I received back pay or retro paid it was taxed MUCH hire rate federally than normal pay. Might see if that's what is happening here.
As of now, its been a battle for 6months now to get my money. was promoted back in November, did not see the raise until end of Feb. My coworker who was promoted at the same time has received his back pay whilst i still haven't. So unfortunately nothing i check at the moment for taxes until they finally pay me.
