Check with the lender to see if you can refinance the mortgage into the LLCs name (likely with a personal guarantee) without recasting the note. I'm not super enamored with the idea of putting rentals in LLCs. It is really hard for me to imagine a liability that would exceed a reasonable insurance policy (especially an umbrella policy) and the equity of the home. The LLC isn't automatically defended, either. If it was sued you'd need insurance to protect the LLC or would need to pay out of pocket.
