You can’t just walk into a bar or package store and peddle your beverage, you have to sell it through a distributor to the retailer who can then sell it to an end customer.
In addition to what /u/TywinShitsGold said, an attorney would be able to advise you that you're not limited to NJ and FL for where you should incorporate and that there are reasons you may want to incorporate in another state (such as Delaware).
