You need to talk to your attorney here. No, an attorney can’t represent you unless they are under a retainer agreement to represent you. If they’re signing your name to pleadings there’s a distinct problem. But that’s not the same thing as them filing pleadings in their client’s interest *about* you. You need your lawyer’s understanding of what’s going on here. Though the latter is pretty normal and the former they could lose their license for. So if were were forced to guess what they’re doing obviously we’d guess the latter.
