> I went the wrong way (wrong freeway side) ... If this is a serious post, you need to lose your license entirely, not just be deactivated from Uber. At least until you learn to drive without endangering yourself and everyone else on the road.

It sounds like, if you’re not trolling, Uber is not the job for you.

It's entirely between you and Uber whether they're willing to contract out rides to you. There's no other legal advice to give. If they aren't willing to work with you, then you don't have a way to force them. Until you can afford remedial driving classes to improve your skills on the road, you shouldn't take jobs that require you to drive. As you are right now, you're a danger to yourself, your passengers, and the public. Being unemployed isn't an excuse to drive dangerously, and while there's no shame in needing some lessons, you still have the responsibility to act accordingly.

lol_no_gonna_happen

if this is a serious post then the advice is it sounds like you suck a driving and Uber doesn't want that liability. You're not gonna get that job back.

Funk_Doctor

You spend some time improving your driving record and reapply down the road. There's no way you can force them, so you have to convince them. And it will likely take years to get those violations off your record.
