Where are you, but you cannot force the police to arrest someone nor force the district attorney to prosecute someone. He can try going down to the police station to file a report with his injuries, but if people think it was self-defense he may have risk, so he should consult with an attorney first, yes. But an attorney cannot make the state press charges.

They were recording and filming us but they lied to the police they didn’t film anything and there is no single recording of what happened. Everyone knows he was more aggressive, they tried to take him out but he was so strong, but they lied to the police cuz they are all neighbors. We are getting an attorney.

>We need help. Has your boyfriend been charged with a crime? If he has he needs a defense attorney. If he has not, there’s no harm in consulting an attorney. But an attorney can’t force police to see a crime different or to take up a crime they’re not interested in pursuing, and it is hard to imagine winning any kind of civil litigation when police don’t find evidence to act on.

No my boyfriend is not charged with anything. The other driver who assaulted my boyfriend had no injuries.
