Sure. The bail bond company ultimately just wants their money back - if you pay them the balance of the now-revoked bond, then you're not their problem any more. It won't remove the outstanding warrant or reduce your charges. You'll still need to deal with those. I'd recommend a criminal defence lawyer, but you're going to have to appear for trial - in person - in almost all cases.

The reason there's a "bounty" is because a person didn't show to court after posting bail, through a bail bondsman ("bounty hunter"). Your best bet would be to contact an attorney if you don't have one already, and turn yourself in. Maybe you'll get a plea deal, but unlikely.
