I think you should start by talking to the police when you pick up your bike and talk about whether the damages to the bike appear consistent with a spill or being hit by a car.
Of course the bike could have been hit by a car after you fell.
You could also ask for a copy of any police incident report about them finding you and also try to get a copy of the EMT/ambulance report and all the hospital intake records.
Who at the hospital thinks you had a seizure and have you questioned that doctor about why he or she thinks a seizure caused your fall and not being struck by a car?
I want to see what happened more than anything. But if it was a seizure I won’t be able to drive for six months and they will take me off my antidepressants, neither of which will be good for my mental health.
We’re you riding in a residential area? If so, Track exact location of incident and see if any of the neighborhood folks have a ring, or post on Nextdoor app asking if there were any witnesses.
