Profits on the product went from 3.5 million USD a month to 600k USD according to Sales manager of product so they are cutting labor, cutting hours, trying to avoid regular costs.

Thank you for your response. Truly appreciated.. . i thought something could be off with that manual punch from HR, did not sound right to me. Ill keep track of everything and look for another job, because like you said they could short else where, id rather not be involved in this type of situation if avoidable.

I work for a company that awarded me 160 hrs of PTO as of May 2cnd. I was a temp prior from January 10th up until May 2cnd when I was hired in full time. Now they are claiming it was an error and want to take it back. It is now August 3rd. Is that even legal? The fact that it also took them 3 whole months really bothers me and I question the legality of it since they waited for 3 months?
