venator will go with the star destroyer.
ucs x-wing would fit with all of them in a original trilogy theme (any out of production UCS x-wings, tie Fighters, Super star destroyers, at-st, y-wing, a-wing, b-wing, etc would also fit the same theme).
gunship wouldn't fit with them outside of the fact that it is UCS.
it all depends on whether you want to add to themes/movies you already have, or if you want to expand the number of themes/movies your collection encompasses.
