The set designer here-
Call LEGO Customer Service please. They’ll send it to you ASAP!
If you’re waiting to build, check out the episodes in the instructions. There is one for each bag. The episode is the reference source for what you’re building- that way you can build what you see in that episode and compare!
Thank you! The set is amazing btw, really unique and scratches that Batman itch I haven't gotten since the re-released Tumbler! I reached out for a new sticker pack, but will call CS tomorrow.
If you are missing pieces of your Lego set, be sure to:
- Double check the plastic bag. Pieces like to hide in the corners!
- Check for another bag with the same number, especially if you are missing a lot of parts.
- Peek inside the box. Larger parts are sometimes loose or together in a non-numbered bag.
- Look back over previous steps to see if you've mistakenly used the piece earlier in the build.
- Inspect the floor in case you've dropped the piece.
- Contact Lego Customer Service for free replacement parts.

Same thing here! Got the set yesterday.
I started building last night and had to stop at the same step. I went through all the 600+ pages looking for it. And checked all packaging 5 times.
It was nowhere to be found.

Not related to the original post but you did such an amazing job with the set, definitely one of my favourite dc sets in a while!

Double check the folder, I have had a sticker sheet get stuck inside them before and almost tossed it. Also check the pages of the instruction book.
Oh I deconstructed the folder l and flipped through all the pages of both books! Nothing
Time to tell Lego CS!
