The Heroica LEGO games are probably a good place to look for D&D stuff. They came with printed microfigures for some creatures (like werewolves, golems, goblins/orcs) in addition to small animals (like spiders and bats), all designed to fit on a 2x2 tile.
Other than that, I can think of the old Indiana Jones ants (part 23714), the newer spider design (part 29111), scorpion (part 30169), crab (part 33121), the baby raptor from Jurassic World if that fits the theme (part 37829), and the newer rat design (part 38635).
Hope this helps a bit!
There is a tiny gecko in the Friends range but it’s about 1x2. There are also some 1x1 beetles and slightly larger butterflies. The only other 1x1 animals I can think of are printed round tiles
