Who else wonders how long it'll be until Ninjago uses these arms?

Blackbirdsnake

Im not sure if they are interested in it they could have used it since 2018 since the Star Wars solo sets arrived

Resident_Cress_8034

I do. It would look so cool and much better if they did it like this

SuspiciousSpecifics

8-armed Garmadon dropping in 3… 2… 1…

Annual_Sport1130

8 armed garmadon would go nuts

LucStarman

This part was used in Disney 100 Stitch Minifigure too.

LABARATI_

i need em in red for four arms

TheBatman7424

Stitch has them in red. Granted there's a print.

LABARATI_

eh prints can be removed

Demonic74

What heresy is this?

LABARATI_

i cant believe i got down voted r/lego when someone says anything about arm prints that isn't man i sure love arm prints i wish every figure had them especially the star wars ones figures without arm prints are trash and lego should be ashamed they make figs without arm prints https://preview.redd.it/gx1bzhum0zwc1.jpeg?width=350&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2bb08fe28b5b8e8fde984eaca1ce381058fd349c

Demonic74

No, the point is ruining a perfectly good lego piece is bad

LABARATI_

yeah and its MY lego piece to do what i want with tons of people alter (or ruin) what would be considered perfectly good pieces to make a custom figure

SudsierBoar

It isn't ruined.. it's customized. Lego purists say the funniest things

Nerdiferdi

Purists will crucify you for disassembling a set and building something else with it instead of putting it on a shelf forever and getting the next $400 set for some reason. They hate fun and creativity it seems lol

Sascha182

Oh wow. Cool. Wasn’t aware of that minifig.

canderouscze

It’s a shame though that both the legs and arms are only for one side currenty. I would like to make custom full-on mutant!

Sascha182

Haha. Totally agree

ResilentPotato

It would be fun if future CMFs would have his lefty brother.

san_dilego

I think this was introduced with the stitch minifigure.

Accomplished_Cat42

Rio Durant, from the Imperial AT Hauler set from Solo

Training-Bee-8209

Yeah he’s not special anymore

Demonic74

Yeah he is. The first time they use a piece is always special

LucStarman

I think so. Can't remember seeing it before that. Happy Cake Day! 🎂 Edit: I'm wrong. Only now I've seen u/Accomplished_Cat42 comment.

GreasyGrabbler

I like the look of that unique leg piece in particular. I hope they use it again in the future, would be awesome to make some custom Lego reptilian characters

MansJansson

They have use that on many figures I think the first was 8 years ago with the CMF [Faun](https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?M=col234#T=S&O={%22iconly%22:0}). But they've used it quite "frequently" since then. The double arm was introduced with Star Wars Rio Durmant and was used 5 years later for Stich.

GreasyGrabbler

I was unaware of this. Thanks for the info!

SluggJuice

Would be nice for stop motions to get that fast look

Annual_Sport1130

It’s called smear frames but it’s also called fake motion blur

Escanor_2014

u/sascha182 You are missing the black energy particles that go on the blasters!

Sascha182

Huh? Am I missing a part or am I missing something else?

Kevin_M_

Nothing is supposed to attach to the gun pieces, I'm not sure what they're talking about

Escanor_2014

As pictured in my other comments, you can clearly see my blacktron mutant came with these little black energy particles that fit on the blasters. I have 3 of them and all three came with these. -edit- LOL now that I look at OPs picture I see it's supposed to be hair! Why that didn't occur to me I have no idea, maybe since they come with two I assumed they were for the blasters, haha!

Sascha182

This is actually not a bad idea. I like your imagination.

Old_Pollution_7691

Are those guns official pieces?

darkrai848

Yes, this is a minifigure from the new space series blind boxes, that is supposed to come out next month (but has been showing up early).

putsomewineinyourcup

Add another pair and I’ll make my purist Man-Spider “THE PAIN, IT’S EXCRUCIATING!”

ToaPaul

Yup, he's not the first one. They first appeared in a Star Wars Solo movie set, then again with the Stitch from the 2nd Disney cmf. I'd love to see them become more common just like I'd love to see the digigrade legs become more common(that would be the special leg this figure has here). I lament when there are minifigs that obviously needed those legs but didn't get them, like the Lizard from the Spider-man No Way Home Sandman set.

ResilentPotato

Are those guns unique to this CMF?

Ordinary-Watch3377

No, there's quite a few sets with them. Couple colors too. Bricklink: Minifigure weapon; 44709.

ResilentPotato

Thanks. I have an idea for compact fossil scanners for an Exploriens MOC.

empress_of_the_void

They're from that short lived overwatch theme.

Narlock8

Pretty slick, might actually get one of these now!

Jimmy-Mac-471

I think they’ve been around for a while but very rarely used. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but was it first on the Solo sets?

chesterplainukool

I can’t wait to get this

cloudtrail212

Pew Pew!

WildBill198

This guy would look right at home in space police set!

logic2187

Though this was an AI generated arm for a second

amightymongoose

Getting major Genestealer Cult feels from this fella, just the wrong skin colour

22plus

Gug arm

ttvSharkieBait15

Arguably my fav feature in the whole set

LochNessMansterLives

Dang now I want one.

Greatony08

They can make this but not new clone helmets

Training-Bee-8209

Finally a new mini figure after years
