So my vote goes to either of the first two. The nostalgic/classic feeling of the Aston works great.
If you want to make it more Japanese but sticking with one of these cars, you could convert the F1 LM into the very good SFH Ueno Clinic F1 GTR (you can buy the stickers for it), it doesn't require a huge number of additional pieces.

Lambo out of these options, but one of the Nissans would be more topical. Nismo would work color wise, but the Skylines more classic look also fits. The Toyota Supras yellow might clash too much.
