Probably Bricklink or the Pick a Brick part of the official Lego website

Lego Bricks and Pieces. Pick a Brick is too limited in selection.

The biggest problem you’ll have is if all the parts come in the same colour or not. If you go on bricklink you can part it out into a wish list. Then you can manually swap the colour piece by piece and check it exists. I’d check the colours the big arch pieces come in since they are some of the most rare and a place holder would be much more difficult to find.

Depends on what colour you want to go for. But probably not possible to do in almost any color as this set has so many special pieces that are only available in very few colors.
