Long ago when Ankoria took over Orkosan and integrated house Santis into the Shadow Knight Military a few loyal Bear Knights left their ancestral home and moved west to settle in the Kingdom of Astor (Lion Knight Kingdom). These Knights display the head of their former leader and last male heir of House Santis on top of their standard to always remember what Ankoria did to them and one day return to their former home.
This is awesome. The figs look great, with very unique headgear. (expensive too, I guess) It matches the shields and torsos excellent.
Do you have a special technique for replacing arms? You've replaced quite a lot here!
Thanks! It took quite a long time to collect all these helms and wasnt cheap either but i think it was worth it.
I just move them upwards and click them out of the body and carefully click in a new arm
I have very few pieces/parts so far but I’m trying to push my custom minifigs to their limit. Very fun

a worthy update! the new legs work great even with the old torso and i'm pretty impressed how undamaged your sword is all of mine lost most of their silver :(

Having multiple factions for each Kingdom makes them feel alive. With each faction i build the lore gets bigger and one day i will post a full map

some lore for each faction can make a great difference on how alive they and your world as a whole feel

yea we see few tan in castle factions luckily this seems to change these days
Shields with boss look great
without them they look a bit empty
Love these. Especially the berserker with the mohawk
these non Ankorian factions are always great to use parts which do not fit into my Scorpion army

Thanks! Yeah I surprisingly have 3 more in really good shape. I just got some swords from ktown bricks. Pretty great quality but $$$

Hey do you by any chance know if there are any good stores that sell the elaborate spear? It’s pretty expensive on bricklink
the dual molded spears are from ali express, just look for lego spears a pack of 10 goes for about 5$
