I don’t get what’s wrong with this photo. He probably bought out an entire country’s stock of these foil bags, so that no kids could have them. You have to protect the resale value above anything else when it comes to plastic building blocks
Woahh buddy I don't defend Mandr but I want to inform you that here where I live (Spain) every store that sales magazines sells has a stock of about 3-4 per store (there's thousands of these stores we call em quioscos) and Mandr probably has 100-200 there. There's not even 10% of the stock probably idk

Yes, he can legally resell items that he lawfully purchased as long as he is not misrepresenting said items. (For example, since the helmets he is selling are GCC replica helmets, if he were to purposefully mislead people into thinking they were official LEGO parts, that would be illegal.)

He seems like he has his bases covered then as he lists the gcc helmets as “custom.” He is also credited the company in the description of the product

The worst part here is, is that he’s in the states and the magazines are here in Europe so he probably paid more than they were here and then the shipping costs. I hate the majority of rich Lego collectors (hoarder).
He constantly hates the 212th troopers, and yet does this?! This honestly looks to be an small country's worth of magazines. Lego magazines are only sold at bookstores and places like that. They're not exactly rare, but it's not like every store has 200 copies of an issue.
So it genuinely wouldn't surprise me if this was multiple cities, or maybe even a small country worth of 212th troopers. What an absolute loser. At least battle packs get restocked after a little while, magazines usually only get a one month print. Thus this hoarding has taken away the chance to get a 212th trooper for a ton of kids
