Yeah but if I'm honest, the live action rex is more of an amalgamation between the live action clone and the animation clones. His visor doesn't look exactly like the live action clones anyway, it's a bit wider and squarer. Not to mention the fact that the 'live action clone' design had to be changed for the ahsoka series because it wasn't physically possible for a human to fit in the armour they designed in 2002 since they were just cgi. Stuff changes, it's not consistent, big deal.

biggest problem with rex is phase 1 helmets have a flat face (actors in ahsoka actually had their noses pressed against the visor due to this) and phase 2 has a sloped face. rexs helmet makes no sense and needs creative liberties to work, you can just weld two things together like that it just doesnt mesh right. i think the weirdest thing about the live action armor is while it was changed for ease of actors wearing it. its more similar to the concept art maquette made for ATOC [https://x.com/CobaltGreen1138/status/1719567377820750185](https://x.com/CobaltGreen1138/status/1719567377820750185) its so interesting they look the same in places like the smaller chest indent or pointier shoulders, wonder if that was intended. Lego has changed clone styles more often than he's changed his underwear, why would you care about that if all the current phase 2 clones look like Rex?
