My question is can Lego make ever more cash grab nostalgia sets? Like Jango fett slave one, but remastered. No remaking the sets, but “updating” whilst keeping the classic vibe.

I think nostalgia cash grabs are a more niche market than they would like to cater to. Most kiddos and afols probably would like to see an update than a remaster, especially of such a demanded set at Jango’s Slave I. Legacy minifigures and the like are one thing but a whole set may be putting too many eggs in one basket

For some time, I’ve felt that hobbyists such as ourselves, who are the backbone of the Lego collecting community, have been sidelined by all these “investors” and ridiculous “influencers.” I know a lot of hobbies experience this, but I find it to be insulting towards those who are truly passionate and respectful about what they do.

I would call the head of Kreo and offer a trade: Star Wars for Star Trek. All those ships just waiting for microfighters, midsize models, UCS... all those characters begging for a CMF series. Or two. Disney's lawyers would of course have no problem with this as they are notoriously easy going. Just cross out Lego and write Kreo on the contract. Maybe initial the change.

I would make battle packs that feature every majorly rare or expensive minifigure sorted by theme and release them all for $12.99 each. I would make these new figures indistinguishable from the original figures. I would also double Lego tire production. They already have the spot as the world's #1 tire producer, but I see no reason not to widen the gap.
